Death of Emanuel Allen.

Emanuel Allen of Bristol, died Wednesday morning after a comparatively short illness from lung trouble. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon. He leaves a wife and one son about four years of age. Mr. Allen was a man of such life and character a community can ill lose. He was honest, upright, genial, and leaves many friends to mourn his death.

Email, B.R.: Emmanuel is buried at Cross Roads, In the Cemetery book it says Emanuel Allen 1869 - Nov 11 1908. (My Mother added his death date).

Note: Emanual had a twin brother named Evangelist "Vannie" Allen. My grandfather (who was a son of Harry "Wayne" Allen), says that Vannie spent a lot of time with Wayne after Emanual's death and helped to care for him.
