Wesley Emmett Fleming

Rev. John Wesley Fleming, formerly of this place, was found guilty at Parkersburg, Saturday, of violating the Mann act by transporting a girl to Cincinnati for immoral purposes.
NOTE: Fleming was given a sentence of three years in the penitentiary.
The Weekly Herald (McConnelsville, OH) Thursday, Jan. 21, 1915:
Wesly Fleming, who was taken by Federal authorities to West Virginia a few days ago, as stated in the Herald, is the defendent in the divorce case now pending in the Court of Common Pleas in Morgan County, Ohio, entitled Jessie Fleming against Wesley Fleming. The charges are infidelity, gross neglect of duty and abandonment.
NOTE: Wesley lived in Kansas, Wyoming, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and possibly Minnesota
