Tombstone inscriptions & family records of Jefferson County, OH: Francis, Martha d. 05/21/1868 in the 88th year of her age Wife of Walter, Francis, Walter d. 03/21/1879 in his 87th year. NOTE: this Walter was born in 1793. This leads me to believe there is another Walter and Walter born in 1814 is this Walter's grandson (not son).
