From Caldwell, OH newspaper: William Stringer, 73 years of age and a resident of Jackson township for forty years, died Friday, Dec. 27. Mr. Stringer was the father of 18 children, ten of whom reside in Iowa. He had just returned from a visit in that State much improved in health and his death was much of a surprise. He has been a member of the U. B. Chruch for 35 years and was held in high esteem by his neighbors. Rev. Grubb, of Caldwell preached his funeral sermon at Williamson church on las Sabbath.

W. Stringer one of its early prominent members. The organization is an old one, and the church one of the old-fashioned log buildings. The present membership is small.
