Margaret Howell  (daughter of  William Howell  and  Martha (Patsy) Marks) was born 02 Sep 1782 in ,Loudoun County, VA. She married  Thomas West  on 10 Sep 1798 in Loudon County, VA, son of  Nathaniel West  and  Elizabeth Lewis.

"Jessie, Ephern, Walice are the sons of Tomas West Married Marget Howell sister of Jessie Howell"
